One of the angriest sounding Nissan GT-R’s we’ve heard at the track, the Rhys Howell Racing R32 was out recently at the Victorian Time Attack event at Phillip Island.
The Nissan Skyline GT-R is primarily set up to race in Production Sports Car Championship rounds against cars such as Porsche GT3’s therefore the car is rear wheel drive only. Power comes from a single turbo Nissan RB26 which punches out around 600hp driven through a Holinger sequential gearbox with a top speed limited to 270 kilometres per hour.
